Account Deletion

The Velum app provides the ability to request deletion of your account and all associated data. This page contains step-by-step instructions and information about what data will be deleted.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to our support team at: support@the-velum.online.
  2. The email must be sent from the same email address that was used to register in the Velum app.
  3. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
  4. In the body of the email, confirm that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.
  5. Once received, the support team will process your request within 30 days.
  6. You will receive a confirmation of account deletion at your email address.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Email address associated with the account
  • Subscription and payment data (transaction history, current plan)
  • Account settings (personal configuration preferences)

What Data Is Not Stored

In accordance with our privacy policy, Velum operates a strict no-logs policy. This means that no data about your network activity is stored and, therefore, does not require deletion.

Deletion Timeline

  • Requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
  • After processing, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled without a refund for the unused period (unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy).
