Refund Policy

1. General Provisions
1.1. Subscription payment constitutes compensation for granting non-exclusive license rights to use the “Velum” Service.
1.2. Refunds are provided in the cases specified in these Conditions.
2. Refund Conditions
2.1. The User may request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the Subscription activation date.
2.2. Refunds are provided when the following conditions are met simultaneously:
- no more than 7 calendar days have passed since Subscription activation;
- the User has not violated the Terms of Service;
- the request is sent with payment details to the Administration’s email address.
2.3. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- the specified period has expired;
- the User has violated the Terms of Service;
- the account was deleted at the User’s initiative.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 (three) business days.
3.2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable payment system fees.
3.3. Funds may take up to 10 calendar days to arrive depending on bank or payment system rules.
4. Special Conditions
4.1. The Administration reserves the right to deny a refund upon discovering Terms of Service violations.
4.2. These Conditions apply only to payments made through the Service’s official payment channels.
