Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — “Agreement”) constitute a public offer. By using the Service, you fully and unconditionally accept the terms of this Agreement.

1. Definitions

1.1. Service — software and infrastructure available under the name “Velum”, providing the ability to create a secure communication channel between the User’s device and a server.

1.2. Administration — Individual Entrepreneur Andrukhov Aleksandr Igorevich (TIN 616517749992, PSRNIE 324619600157159).

1.3. User — an individual using the Service.

1.4. Subscription — a period during which the User is granted access to the Service features under the selected plan.

2. Subject Matter

2.1. The Administration grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the Service for the duration of the paid Subscription period.

2.2. Subscription payment constitutes compensation for the license rights granted.

2.3. The Service is intended for use on personal devices (smartphones, tablets, personal computers).

3. User Obligations

3.1. Use the Service in compliance with the laws of the User’s country of residence and the country where the server is located.

3.2. Not use the Service for activities constituting criminal or administrative offenses.

3.3. Not perform actions that disrupt the Service: network scanning, DDoS attacks, spam distribution, phishing, unauthorized access attempts.

3.4. Not share account credentials with third parties without the Administration’s consent.

3.5. Not use the Service on servers or virtual machines without prior permission from the Administration.

3.6. Report any discovered vulnerabilities to the Administration.

4. Administration Obligations

4.1. Provide access to the Service in accordance with the selected plan.

4.2. Maintain Service availability of at least 95% per month.

4.3. Provide User support and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.

4.4. Ensure data protection within technical capabilities.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5.2. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the User as a result of using or being unable to use the Service.

5.3. The Administration is not liable for Service unavailability caused by third parties, government authorities, or internet disconnection.

5.4. The Administration does not guarantee Service operation in all regions or with all internet providers.

5.5. The User bears full responsibility for the security of their account credentials.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1. Service features and plan terms are listed on the Service website.

6.2. Payments are processed through third-party payment systems.

6.3. Upon Subscription expiration, access to paid features is terminated.

6.4. The Administration reserves the right to modify plan terms. Changes do not affect already paid periods.

7. Amendments

7.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement by publishing a revised version.

7.2. Continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in court in accordance with applicable law.
